Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Cast Your Crown 2025 T-Shirt! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery or receipt of the t-shirt.

• Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable).

• To start a return, please email us at completelysingle.rhema@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived/received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? No problem! Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help arrange an exchange (based on availability).

• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right ASAP — at no cost to you.

Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Note: We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Local Pick-Up (Dallas, TX Area)

• Pick-Up Option Available: Select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout.

• Pick-Up Location: Rhema Tabernacle Ministries – Dallas, TX
  (Exact address and pick-up instructions will be provided via email once your order is ready.)

• Pick-Up Timeframe: You’ll be notified when your order is ready, typically within 2–4 business days.

Please bring your confirmation email or ID when picking up your order.
